I like Breece Hall. I wouldn’t do it but I don’t necessarily hate the idea of someone picking him first in a rookie draft. Year 1? His draft price in redraft leagues is OUT OF CONTROL. It’s time to temper your expectations.

Fantasy Pros has Hall listed as RB17 in fantasy. He’s about that range on any ranking site you go look at. I’m sorry but that’s outrageous. You’re a moron if you think Hall has any chance to finish that high from a fantasy perspective.

Is Breece Hall A Wise Investment For Fantasy Owners In 2022?

The Jets might be improving but they’re still a last place team unless New England somehow completely crumbles. Still, I highly doubt Belichick can’t coach his way towards outdueling the Jets. Don’t pick running backs on bad teams. You will always lose.

The Jets were 32nd in rush attempt last season. That’s what happens when you’re a last place team. Maybe that number goes up but are you telling me it gets that much better WITHOUT Mekhi Becton? Michael Carter got 183 touches last year and I can tell you right now he’s going to be within that number if healthy. 190 went to the combo of Tevin Coleman and Ty Johnson (Coleman played in only 11 games).

Do the math? Where are these carries coming from? I’m supposed to believe he’s going to steal reps in the passing game after the Jets just drafted Garrett Wilson? What about including a year two pop from Elijah Moore, a currently healthy Corey Davis, and a free agent signing of CJ Uzomah. Oh, and Michael Carter is the better pass catcher anyway.

Should Dynasty Fantasy Owners View Breece Hall As A Home Run Pick?

I don’t see it. RB17 isn’t happening. Maybe long term I can buy in but the rookie hype is crazy. For those looking to score Breece Hall in fantasy, I honestly think you’re better off selling and re-buying next year.
