Bomani Jones Should Be Punched In The Face For His Stupid Damar Hamlin Comments

Before I even begin, let’s talk about a few things that should be obvious by now. Bomani Jones is a talentless hack. This guy has no talent and doesn’t know a damn thing about sports.

HBO fired him.

ESPN fired him.

Both were for the same reason. Bomani Jones isn’t educated, isn’t interesting, and is dumber than a bag of rocks.

The former HBO and ESPN reject now has a new platform called “The Right Time with Bomani Jones“. On his new show, he said some idiotic things about Damar Hamlin.

This guy is such a clown. I’m going to break his stupid rant down piece by piece. Shout out to Awful Announcing for producing the quotes. It was impossible to even listen to. I’m just going to break down each quote because I lost brain cells even clicking on this video.

“The belief in this game and the way that people look at it is so powerful that they’ve got to believe they can make it into something good,” Jones said. “I’ll be honest, it’s been almost a year since all of this happened and I haven’t really reconciled where I am on it and how I feel about it.

“And you just keep showing me this … we’d all be better off acting like it didn’t happen.”

Soooo you admitted that you don’t know how you feel about it and your solution is that we should pretend that the Hamlin event didn’t happen. Does this guy even realize how stupid he sounds? Can you imagine if the TV networks ignored it and took that approach? OMG… the outrage that would come from fans if they thought the NFL was hiding this. Just an incredibly stupid thing for Bomani to say.

“I do recognize that the role of sport in society is value promotion and all of these things. But now that everything has to be made into a television show, the NFL has to stand in every way for all that’s good,” Jones said. “And what they’re trying to do is turn what happened with Damar Hamlin into a story of inspiration.

“There is nothing inspiring about what happened.”

Agree to disagree. Nothing inspiring? What about all of the first responders that saved this guy’s life? What about the fact that Hamlin is still playing football and fought his way back onto the roster? Talk about heart and perseverance. Nothing inspiring? What a joke this guy is. The only thing that’s not inspiring is watching this idiot open his mouth. The only thing that’s not inspiring is the fact that someone hasn’t punched this idiot Bomani in the face.

“If there’s an inspiration it is, yeah, the first responders and their ability to save somebody’s life under those circumstances,” Jones said. “Hearing about Damar Hamlin, all that does is make me sit there and question, ‘Why exactly am I doing this again? What am I watching this for?’”

Nobody forced you to watch the games, buddy. The NFL doesn’t care if you watch or not. The league will go on without you. No one single person is bigger than the league. If you’re questioning why you watch football, do us all a favor and turn the games off. We won’t miss you. Nobody cares if you don’t want to talk about football anymore. They don’t need you. Never have. Never will.

“It doesn’t make me feel good,” Jones said. “And that’s not because something is wrong with me.”

Again… agree to disagree. Maybe you’re the problem, dude. Look in the mirror. There is absolutely something wrong with you and the fact that you can’t see that is actually the problem.

I have problems. Everybody has problems. To sit there and act like you don’t have anything wrong with you tells the entire story here. Talentless hack and doesn’t get why he sucks. What else is there to say? Other than the fact that someone really needs to punch this idiot in the face.
