Beaux Limmer 2024 NFL Draft Profile

The big boys up front get some love here, as next up for their 2024 NFL Draft profile is Arkansas’ Beaux Limmer. Jackson Law will want to tune in for this one as we will be going over the good and the bad out of Limmer, and where he ends up grade-wise from me. What does his draft profile look like? Let’s talk about it.

If you’ve been following Vendetta Sports Media for a bit now, specifically my draft profiles, you’ll know how much I love offensive linemen who have experience playing multiple positions along the line. Insert Beaux Limmer. Here’s the breakdown:

• 2019: Four games at RG, zero sacks
• 2020: Eight games at RG, zero sacks
• 2021: 13 games at RG, one sack
• 2022: 12 games at RG: four sacks
• 2023: 12 games at C, four sacks

Limmer played in 2,842 snaps for the Razorbacks, allowing nine sacks. Those are numbers I can work with. I am glad to see that the level of play did not waver from making the move from Guard inside to Center, which will only help his stock as this shows he’s versatile in case of injury along the line.

One of the first things that stands out about Beaux Limmer is the tenacity with which he plays. More than willing to continually punch and finish the block to the ground, which is a great thing to have out of a Center. Great build (6’5, 300 lbs) and has nimble feet to get out on plays where he needs to pull. Good knee bend and sits his ass well. Limmer excels in run blocking, always driving forward and looking to bring another defender in with him.

While he excels in run blocking, I would like to see him advance his skills in pass pro. Only allowing nine sacks in his career is great, don’t get me wrong, but I would like to see his kickback refined a bit. He’s super firey, but we have to reign that in a bit to not get flagged for finishing a block after the play is over. Simple things to clean up.

2024 NFL Scouting Combine: Offensive Line Notes

I’m not sure that Beaux Limmer will ever be top-five at his position, but he should have a long career if he continues to develop and clean a few things up. I have a third-round grade on him, knowing he is going to enter camp and push for a starting spot right out of the gate. Worst come to worst, if your line is already solid he’s going to be a great depth piece and future starter.
