The Atlanta Journal-Constitution Actually Did The Right Thing And Fired Lying Piece Of Trash Alan Judd

Karma sucks, doesn’t it? You probably have forgotten about this but back in March, I wrote a post trashing the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. The anger was directed at the AJC but mostly for allowing that piece of trash reporter Alan Judd to go on his crusade of hate. A crusade of hate while he was sitting on a throne of lies.

Again, if you have no idea what I’m referring to, you can click here for what you need to know.

This will be one of those moments where Trey doesn’t get any credit for this but deep down I know I had something to do with this. This company was on the right side of history yet again. I’m just surprised the publication did the right thing. The AJC fired Judd after they did an internal investigation into his reporting. To the surprise of no one that was paying attention, Judd sat on a throne of lies.

VIA The Atlanta Journal-Constitution:

“In a statement, the AJC said the article’s author, investigative reporter Alan Judd, was terminated for violating the organization’s journalistic standards.”

There is way more that goes into this story than just the post I did. I focused on the football side of things, which again, was still egregious reporting. Judd’s original post has now been edited down so you’re not going to get the full-scale view of how gross his column was. It wasn’t just one post either. It was a flurry of them. It goes beyond what was said about Kirby Smart. Judd was getting really carried away when it came to the University of Georgia football program’s handling of sexual abuse allegations. UGA’s attorney Michael M. Raeber got involved in the matter and demanded that the changes were made to the original post.

I don’t need any credit for this story. I’m just happy that justice has been served and that lying piece of trash Alan Judd got canned. We knew he was lying then and today he suffered the consequences. Real shame!

What fans of college football need to know is that Kirby Smart runs a hell of a program and anyone trying to tear him down is a jealous hater. End of story.
