Anthony Davis Is Too Big Of A Pus To Play Center

The Los Angeles Lakers suffered a crushing blow after DeMarcus Cousins tore his Achilles this offseason. Cousins was set to start for the Lakers at center in a timeshare with JaVale McGee. Now that Cousins is done for the season, most figured that Anthony Davis would eat up some minutes at the 5. That doesn’t appear to be the case.

Jared Greenberg of NBA TV reported this interesting nugget:

Anthony Davis has made it very clear that he has no interest in playing center. Despite the fact that Davis is 6-foot-10 and the NBA continues to get smaller, Davis doesn’t want any part of the position. He wants you to know that he sees himself as a small forward. Look, there’s only one way to interpret this. Anthony Davis is a huge pussy.

Everyone likes to talk about how great of a defender Anthony Davis is. That’s not what I see. Every time he goes up against a similar talent at the center position, he gets his ass kicked. Davis is better off calling Joel Embiid his daddy. Embiid kills him every time the two play against each other. It’s easy to see why Davis and LeBron James like each other. Two super talented guys and two of the weakest mental athletes in the NBA.

Are we sure LeBron and Davis are going to work together? Name the big guy that thrived next to LeBron? Both Chris Bosh and Kevin Love regressed playing with James. I have news for Davis. LeBron likes to play with smaller shooters. Tell me how Davis fits? This could get ugly. The Clippers are leaps and bounds better than the Lakers. How funny would it be if Davis bolted the Lakers after this season after LA just gave up numerous first round picks to get him?
