It’s Christmas and I’m in a very giving mood. Today I’ll be giving gifts to every team in the AFC North. This is the division that just won’t die and everyone is beating up on everyone in this division. It’s about who survives, not who wins this division. All of these teams need help in some way, so let’s get to it!

Cleveland Browns: Average Quarterback Play

Baker Mayfield just hasn’t been it. He’s been playing incredibly hurt, and he’s not only hurting his future wallet he is hurting the team’s playoff and Super Bowl aspirations as well. This Browns roster is loaded, and if they had even average quarterback play they’d be close to running away with the division! However, with bottom-third play from Baker Mayfield, they find themselves dead last in the division (at the time of writing this). Baker is capable of playing like an above-average quarterback, but he needs to be healthy to do that.

Cincinnati Bengals: A Coach Who Uses Their Weapons

The Bengals are seeing a breakout year from Joe Burrow after adding Ja’marr Chase to the team through the draft. Now, they need to use their weapons correctly. Their offensive line is still bad, it’s not atrocious but it’s bad. The team needs to throw more on early downs to set themselves up better on later downs. They have a great receiving group with Chase, Boyd, and Higgins. They also have a top-ten quarterback in Joe Burrow who has been absolutely dealing this year. Pay no mind to his high interception numbers, he’s been incredibly unlucky with turnovers.

Baltimore Ravens: Health

The Baltimore Ravens have had the most impactful injuries in the NFL. Their cornerback room is in shambles, their offensive line has undergone massive shuffling, they’ve been cycling through running backs and former MVP quarterback Lamar Jackson has missed some time (Although Tyler Huntley has been BALLING).

Pittsburgh Steelers: An Offensive Line

This has been the Achilles heel of the Steelers. A lack of a dominant offensive line has really hurt this team and the offense. Pittsburgh has arguably the worst offensive line in the NFL and at the very least a bottom-three offensive line in the league. Ben Roethlisberger has been getting absolutely brutalized in the pocket and Najee Harris barely has any room to work with. Without a line, the Steelers will be dead in the water soon.
