Chris Herndon Sucks, There’s No Point In Considering Him For Fantasy
Chris Herndon is a bonafide scrub. Yet, for whatever reason, he’s a popular choice to be taken as a sleeper tight end. This has been an ongoing trend for three straight years. At this point, investing in Chris Herndon is the same as buying a stock that just tanks year after year. Don’t do it. Don’t waste your time.
Let’s just acknowledge Chris Herndon sucks. No more making excuses. Whether it be lack of effort or overstated talent, this dude ain’t it. A year ago with no reliable targets on the roster outside of Jamison Crowder, the former Miami tight end caught 31 balls for 287 yards and three touchdowns. That’s over the course of a full season.
Herndon was supposed to be the guy for the Jets. Let’s just tell it like it is here. Use your eyeballs. He looks like a slug that drops everything that comes his way. Think about how desperate the Jets are here. They gave Ryan Griffin a $10 million contract and he couldn’t make the Texans roster. What are we doing here?
Especially now that the Jets have added more targets like Elijah Moore and Corey Davis. This Herndon thing is dead in the water.
I’m just done with this topic. Don’t talk to me about how you’re thinking about taking that bum. You go right ahead there sir or mam. I’ll pick and choose my spot with someone else. I love looking for sleeper tight ends in fantasy but this one is a waste of time.
