Draft Busters Explains How Poorly The Senior Bowl Is Run

You know, it’s funny. Everybody wants to make Trey out to be the unreasonable bad guy. Then they see the light and all I do is smile with a pissed-off grin on my face. It’s clockwork. Just happens all the time. Do people actually think I was picking on Jim Nagy for no reason? No… no… no… that guy just sucks and it is what it is. Draft Busters talked about how poorly the Senior Bowl is run during their last episode.

The story is during the early portion of the show. It’s basically right after both Chickster and Garrett reveal their number ten receiver in the 2024 NFL Draft.

Garrett was on the sidelines for the Senior Bowl this year. He went last year too. It’s just cringe from start to finish. Imagine showing up to the stadium an hour early and getting in 40 minutes late… only for that to be the tip of the iceberg of problems.

I won’t spoil too much but I encourage you to watch that episode. Especially if you’re someone who thinks I was being unreasonable about Nagy and the way the Senior Bowl is run. Am I supposed to give him credit for forcing him to fix the TV contracts after he screwed with them in the first place?

For obvious reasons, I won’t be in Mobile until the Senior Bowl has new leadership. Until then, I hope Garrett can actually get a team down there that does a competent job. Fingers crossed on that one.
