Who The Fuck is That Guy? Fantasy Football 2020: Jaeden Graham

“Who The Fuck is That Guy” is one of the best segments of the Vendetta Sports Fantasy Show. It’s also my favorite segment. It’s where everyone gives a player that no one has heard of, no one is going to draft BUT they can somehow win you your fantasy football league. We’ll be going over my (Scott’s) pick for episode 7: Jaeden Graham.

Jaeden Graham is a 24 year old tight end that came out of Yale as an undrafted free agent. The reason as to why Graham could step in late in the year and win you a crucial playoff game or maybe even your fantasy championship is because he’s done that before!

Week 13 2019, starting in place for an injured Austin Hooper against division rival New Orleans Saints. Graham finished the game with 4 catches for 41 yards and a touchdown. That’s 10.1 points in standard and 14.1 in PPR.

Per NFL.com

To put that into perspective in standard leagues, Travis Kelce and his 9.8 points per game was the best among tight ends for fantasy football.

In PPR Leagues only Travis Kelce (15.9) and George Kittle (15.9) averaged more than 14.1 points per game for fantasy football.

Jaeden Graham is getting very little to no recognition from anybody. Hell he’s listed as the third tight end on the Atlanta Falcons depth chart (according to epsn.com).

Path to Playing Time

Another reason why I see Graham as someone who can win you your fantasy league is his path to playing time. The starting tight end is Hayden Hurst who was acquired from the Ravens in a trade. The only issue, Hurst is not a good tight end. He lost his job to Mark Andrews and Nick Boyle. Nick Boyle has ZERO touchdowns in his career before last season. The second string tight end is Khari Lee, a player who has TWO catches over his FOUR year career. It wouldn’t be surprising in the slightest if the Falcons realize Hurst can’t play, skip over the man with more years in the NFL than catches at tight end and simply go with the man from Yale who’s proven he can play against playoff teams.

Make sure you never miss an episode of the fantasy show and subscribe!
