Why not right? Chickster can start at QB for the Jets right now. If the Jets are looking at Colin Kaepernick, hell, why not Chickster while we are at it? I fully believe in my ability to win a few games for the Jets. The Jets defense is nasty and the only thing I have to do is not turn the ball over. The Jets beat the Bills with basically just their defense, this is no sweat.

Hand the ball off to Dalvin Cook, throw the ball to Breece Hall in the flat and throw a jump ball to Garrett Wilson. What are we even talking about here?

Fine, I don’t have to start but hell, if they’re looking for backup QBs, why can’t they look at me if they’re looking at Kaepernick? Do they think I’m not qualified? I’ll let you know that I started at QB in middle school. Yes, I was on the B team, but it’s because those guys needed a leader and I was it for them. I could have played on A team if I had the weapons the Jets have.

Speaking of leaders, Chickster is one. I can lead this team. I am about accountability and culture. We should be playing hard every play regardless of the score or situation. That is what I preach when I coach.
