Welcome back to another 2023 summer transfer window update.
Last week’s update covered all of the transfers that had happened in the window through July 3. Now, we will be taking a look at the newest transfers that were completed from July 4 through July 10.
Believe it or not, there have only been two completed transfers to the Premier League this week. Mason Mount’s move to Manchester United made headlines, but apart from that, it’s been a rather drab week for Premier League transfers. Others, including Declan Rice‘s move to Arsenal, are likely to follow but have yet to be finalized.
It is also worth noting that David De Gea has left Manchester United after 12 years with the club. He’s not on this list because this list covers players that move to a certain league. However, expect to see him mentioned in a further update whenever he finds his new club this window.
Player Name | New Club | Old Club | Transfer Fee |
Nathan Collins | Brentford | Wolves | £23 million |
Mason Mount | Manchester United | Chelsea | £55 million^ |
Spain has been a little more active than the Premier League this week. Talented young Turkish player Arda Güler’s move to Real Madrid definitely takes the cake, but there are plenty of other transfers from last week to take note of.

If you’re a fan of the U.S. Men’s National Team, a name on this list is sure to catch your eye. 22-year-old Brenden Aaronson has moved from Leeds to Union Berlin on loan. Hopefully, a move to the Bundesliga can help Aaronson regain his form after a disappointing finish to the Premier League season with Leeds.

As much as I wish I could add Christian Pulisic‘s move to AC Milan to this list, it has not been made official yet. Until Milan officially confirms his signing, check out the players who made their way to the Serie A last week.

While they were noticeably missing from the list last week, they have taken the Ligue 1 transfers category by storm this week. PSG is looking to rebuild under new manager Luis Enrique and secured some new signings last week to help with the cause. Expect to see more PSG transfers in future updates.

As always, we need to cover transfers to everyone’s new favorite league. The Saudi Pro League has been aggressively trying to buy elite players this transfer window. To be fair to them, they have secured quite a few big names so far and will look to add more in the future.
Player Name | New Club | Old Club | Transfer Fee |
Roberto Firmino | Al-Ahli | Liverpool | Free |
Ángel Di María made headlines last week when he decided to return to Portuguese side Benfica. He left Juventus on a free transfer this summer and rejected moves to Saudi Arabia and the MLS.
Be sure not to miss next week’s update to see all of the completed transfers that happen in the coming days.
