Watch: PGA Tour First Look Trailer & Details Unveiled

As anticipation builds towards the release of PGA Tour 2K23, 2K Games released an action-packed trailer and their first clubhouse report! First things first, you can view the trailer here, and below is a quick summary of the inaugural clubhouse report!

New Mechanics

Players will have the choice between two different types of swings. The first is the standard analog swing that has been in the game for a while. If your goal is to have a swing that mirrors a traditional real-life golf swing, then this is the choice for you. This swing requires timing and tempo to perfect. The second option is making its debut this year! The 3-click swing requires you to hold and release the A/X button (depending on what console you have) for power, tapping it twice to line up your swing path and club face angle.

Play As A Pro

For the first time ever, you can actually play as a pro. You have always been able to play against them but now you can play as your favourite golfer! Oh, also add Michael Jordon to that roster as he’ll be making an appearance in the game as well. The MyCAREER mode returns to PGA Tour 2K23 with a great degree of customization as well.

New Ways To Play

There are plenty of ways to play this game. You can start your own career and play against the best golfers in the world, you can play some multiplayer with the Divot Derby, or in an online society with Stroke and Match Play, and even head on over to Topgolf and compete by racking up the most points!
