We’re officially back with Vendetta Mentorship. That’s right, we’re bringing the intern draft back. The Spring semester was basically a complete and utter disaster. Four passed the program and thus far only one has wanted to stay long term from that group. Those details will be shared on the next episode of That’s Some Cheese. If you want to watch season one, that playlist is available here!
Having said that, I’m feeling really good about this Summer group. The tides are turning for the better. We’re going to end up having around 15-20 interns for the Summer group. Not all of them start at the same time so just be prepared for new names that haven’t been discussed in this video.
Again, the whole point of this idea is so that each intern has an additional person beyond myself looking after them. The prize for this season has not been announced yet. I am open to an endless number of possibilities but I would like to raise the stakes.
I will not let one bad intern class ruin what is a perfect idea. The interns get an additional person looking after them while being incentivized to do their best to help each new hire while giving the viewer a chance to meet them? That’s a win in my book.
Season two of Vendetta Mentorship is here. I want to see you in those comments. Who is going to win? Let us know! The more comments the better!
Just so this is on record, I have high hopes for this Summer class. Time will tell how it goes but my expectations are higher than the last group.
