Vendetta Mentorship: Part 1 The Intern Draft
We have a new policy here at Vendetta Sports Media. The new policy is called Vendetta Mentorship.
As previously mentioned in the latest episode of That’s Some Cheese, this new company rule kills two birds with one stone. It gives every single intern a mentor to keep an eye on them the rest of the semester. It also creates additional content for us in the form of a game show. Win-Win.
I am the judge of the contest. The rest of the vets will each draft an intern in a fantasy snake draft style. The draft order is mentioned in the video but there are 14 picks in the first round of the draft.
This will be a multi-video thing. We will check on these interns every few weeks of the semester so that you the viewer can be invested during the entire journey.
The prize for the winners has not been determined yet.
The punishment for the losers only comes if your intern quits or fails. If that happens, the mentor has to change his or her Slack username to my choice. Additionally, you will then pick last the following year.
