In season two of The Sopranos, Christopher Moltisanti gets shot after two idiots in his crew cross him. Moltisanti is far from perfect but the two idiots in his crew simply attacked him because they have a low IQ. Trey is done making that same mistake over and over again with the intern classes. I’m shutting the Vendetta Mentorship program down before I get shot like Moltisanti.

I pride myself on being a good leader and mentor. I truly do. I believe we here at Vendetta have given several people the best possible opportunities in the sports media world. Over and over again, I just get spit in the face without really receiving any kind of benefit.

I’ve officially given up on the younger generation. They’re all the same. Soft, mentally weak, lazy, and not talented. After what happened with the All Day Jerk Off crew and with Griff, I really have no interest in taking anyone else under my wing. None of these people are worth my time. It is what it is. Each and every day that goes by, my hate for people continues to increase.

Why would I invest any more time into people who are worthless? The truth is I have the core of people I want locked in already in place. I don’t need to go out hunting for more people. It’s a matter of time before people start begging me to work here. Not the other way around.

This is the deal. The internship program is closed indefinitely. I will not list the intern jobs on these platforms anymore. The relationships we have locked in with Universities will remain in place. Those are the only people I will sit down and interview with. Otherwise, I’m done dealing with these idiot kids. They’re cancers and not worth my time or the headaches.

I will save the sports media universe. I’m going to do it by myself.
