Twisters 2024 Movie Review

Everybody is subscribed to different streaming services out there. If you have Peacock and are looking for something to watch, you may be in luck because the newest iteration of Twisters was released on there. This movie review will be independent of the original film. Plus, in all honestly, it really doesn’t make any references back to the old one anyway.

As always, I’ll do my best to limit spoilers. I’d like to think you’re smart enough to know this movie is about tornadoes and some people in the movie are getting totally whipped out by them going into this review.

“What Am I Eating?” With Zooey Deschanel HBO Max Review

I think they nailed it. I won’t lie. I thought it was so good that I rewatched it a second time. It’s a highly recommend for me.

I thought they did a great job with this move. Yes, there was a Hollywood factor but it wasn’t overly cheesy and I think they did a great job of portraying storm chasing culture. The movie didn’t come off as political trying to paint these lunatics in some kind of off-tone way. It didn’t come at it from any of that angle.

Without giving away too much, I genuinely thought it was highly entertaining. Glen Powell nailed his role too. I bet the storm chasing community respects him even though he’s a Hollywood guy.

Not the greatest movie I’ve ever seen but I never really ever got bored and starting looking at my phone. It wasn’t overly scary either for people who aren’t into horror stuff. Job well done.
