Travis Hunter Signs With Young Money APAA Sports

Travis Hunter is widely expected to be the first non-QB taken during the 2025 NFL Draft. After Colorado’s season ended, it was only a matter of time before the two-way star picked his agency to handle all future on-field contracts. I didn’t have Lil Wayne on my bingo card but that’s exactly what happened.

Hunter is signing with Rapper Lil Wayne’s agency Young Money APAA Sports.

Front Office Sports was the first to report the news:

“Heisman Trophy winner Travis Hunter is signing with Lil Wayne’s agency Young Money APAA Sports for his on-field representation in the NFL, Front Office Sports has learned.”

The Front Office Sports article also details that Hunter picked Young Money APAA Sports over the likes of WME, CAA, Klutch Sports Group, and Athletes First. Y

oung Money also secured the bag for Darian Mensah who signed with Duke out of the Transfer Portal. Apparently, Mensah received a record deal of $8 million over the next two years to play for the Blue Devils. A move that also pushed Maalik Murphy out the door leaving for Oregon State, but that’s a story for another day. They also got Jehiem Oatis his deal with Colorado via the transfer portal.

Before we close, I just want to direct your attention to one thing. Sorry, not sorry, but you’re a total idiot if you don’t think Travis Hunter deserved the Heisman Trophy. You can check that post out right here.
