Three NXT Stars Who Could Debut at WWE Royal Rumble

WWE Royal Rumble is one of the most exciting events of the year. 30 superstars battle it out in one match to see who will go on to main-event WrestleMania.

The Royal Rumble is one of the oldest matches in WWE history. The match started in 1988 and has totaled 35 matches thus far. There have been some legends to win the Royal Rumble throughout the years, while also seeing some notable returns and debuts.

The Royal Rumble is known for bringing back old wrestlers and launching new ones, so let’s go over three NXT stars who could debut in the WWE Royal Rumble.

Bron Breakker

Bron Breakker has been the face of NXT since he won the NXT Championship and is a two-time NXT Champion at the age of 25. He is a staple of NXT’s new age and will remain that way until he gets called up to the main roster.

WWE typically will feature a couple of NXT stars in the Royal Rumble match. This is their way of featuring NXT’s products and showing off the next generation of stars. While some of the wrestlers may stay on the main roster, this will be just a special appearance for some.

Breakker has appeared on WWE’s weekly shows before, but it hasn’t been anything major. He could easily show up and get presented as a beast, to try to draw more eyes to NXT.

Grayson Waller

Grayson Waller has quickly risen to the top of NXT. While he hasn’t held a championship for the brand, he is still one of their biggest stars.

Waller appeared on Monday Night Raw a little over a year ago. During that time, he had a small feud with AJ Styles. Furthermore, just a few months ago, he wrestled at a WWE live event. Waller is set to take on Breakker for the NXT Championship at NXT New Year’s Evil.

Waller could make an appearance at the Royal Rumble, and he could stay on the main roster. He has proven himself to be a star and could be one of the bigger heels in WWE if he gets called up.

Carmelo Hayes

Carmelo Hayes may be the most talented wrestler in NXT. He is a former NXT Cruiserweight Champion and a two-time NXT North American Champion.

Hayes may be the most main roster-ready wrestler in NXT. He has superstar written all over him and can become one of the biggest stars in WWE. Although Hayes has stated that he has talked to Shawn Michales about getting called up, his heart remains with NXT.

Hayes should absolutely be in the WWE Royal Rumble match. He is one of, if not the best wrestlers in NXT and maybe WWE. Hayes in the Royal Rumble would be a great way to show off his talents and NXT as a whole.
