Should Terance Mann Really Be Viewed As Untouchable?

Should Terance Mann Really Be Viewed As Untouchable?

The James Harden saga continues on. Harden continues to do what he always does; cry, quit, complain, roll over, whine, etc. You get it, I could go on and on about that cancerous loser. He’s been a total bum at 76ers camp as we continue to wait on a trade. Apparently, Terance Mann continues to hold all of the keys somehow.

If the Clippers want James Harden, Philadelphia is willing to oblige. So long as Mann is in the deal. The Clips are unwilling to include the former Florida State product in the trade for Harden.

Sam Amick of The Athletic was the first to report the news. Don’t click the link. It’s behind a paywall and we don’t support that trash company. Just required to provide where the source came from. I’ll tell you what you need to know. The 76ers are willing to trade Harden to the Clippers in exchange for Mann, a first rounder, a swap, and salary filler so the math works out. The Clips won’t deal Mann.

Mann, 27, averaged 8.8 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 2.3 assists per game on nearly 52% shooting. On paper, including Mann in a deal for Harden doesn’t seem like a big deal. However, I understand where the Clippers are coming from here. The former Brooklyn, New York native is a sparkplug off the bench and continues to improve every single year. He’s their new Lou Williams except 6-foot-5 and more twitched up. I wouldn’t want to trade him either. Especially for Harden when you know he’s the ultimate quitter.

The funniest part of this whole controversy is the fact that Morey blew a gasket after the Clippers wouldn’t deal Mann. He asked for Paul George instead.

It will be fascinating to see where this Harden saga goes. However, it sure does seem like the Clippers are intent on keeping Mann.

Let’s hear from you in the comments. Should the Clippers be willing to cough up Mann in a deal for Harden? I say no. What do you say?
