Roy Kent: Watch Final Goal For AFC Richmond In FIFA 23 Career Mode

What a career it was. Season number two in the FIFA 23 Ted Lasso career mode has come to an end. Season number three will include AFC Richmond’s run toward trying to win the Champions League. Unfortunately, Roy Kent won’t be part of that journey.

Kent retired at the age of 43 but gave us one last incredible moment that should never be forgotten. Kent didn’t score a goal in his final season at Richmond… except for the second to last game of the season. Kent’s goal sparked our comeback against Wolverhampton and went out a legend.

What a goal. What a way to go out in the final episode of season number two. We’re hopeful Kent will join us on the sidelines next year for season three but I’m not sure the FIFA 23 gods have the capabilities to allow that to happen. Let’s just imagine that he’s there when season three opens up.

Tyler Adams and Florentino are the incumbents on the roster to possibly replace Kent. New signings Tanguy Ndombele and Marco Veratti will also compete for midfielder roles. We already have a target in mind for season three to slide right into Kent’s spot. We are confident that fans will like our decision when we take the pitch next year.

We were disappointed that we didn’t win the Premier League with a chance to do so in the final game of the season. However, I’m not sure anyone predicted we would even be in a spot to do so at the start of the series. Kent had a lot to do with that. Regardless, I think it’s safe to say fans are excited about the top four finish while also locking a spot in the Champions League. Get ready for season three. It’s been a hell of a ride thus far.
