Revisiting The 2024 Matthew Berry Challenge

I started the Matthew Berry Challenge for one reason and one reason only. The person who is proclaimed as “the face” of fantasy football isn’t even good at it. He’s also ignorant and never holds himself accountable so that’s why Trey is here.

I use the term evaluate the evaluator a lot. I just think you the viewer should know who to trust. Everybody feels like they deserve a platform but who is actually good at it? Last year, we absolutely smoked Matthew Berry to the point where he should be humiliated by how badly I beat him.

Did I just get lucky? Could I possibly do it again in back-to-back seasons? We talked a lot of trash before the start of this season (link to that). Now it’s time to review the footage.

It’s time to revisit the 2024 Matthew Berry Challenge. Bet against Trey at your own peril…

Oh, and one piece of advice for the man who NBC Sports pays millions of dollars to be a talentless hack. Maybe, just maybe, think about upgrading the guy who advises you on how to handle NFL Draft prospects. Clearly, you need help in that department. When next year rolls around, think twice about trusting anyone beyond the VSM NFL Draft team.
