Randy Orton, ‘several WWE wrestlers’ may have ousted Charly Arnolt
Charly’s Arnolt WWE exit might just have been accelerated by several talents, including Randy Orton.
Former WWE ring announcer Charly Arnolt had the internet in quite a ruckus recently when she questioned the cardiac arrest that 18-year-old Bronny James–son of basketball superstar LeBron James–recently suffered.
While Arnolt didn’t outright blame the Covid-19 vaccine for Bronny’s cardiac arrest, she alluded to believing this was the case. Fans quickly took to her comment section to call her out, criticizing her for her opinion. During her WWE run, Charly Arnolt notably championed the causes of the LGBTQ+ community. Many pointed this out, calling her a hypocrite for changing her stance this drastically.
In light of the backlash, Sean Sapp Ross of Fightful took to X (formerly Twitter) and praised the WWE locker room for ousting her. Sapp seemed to also allude to Randy Orton being responsible for Charly Arnolt’s departure, as he notably thanked the Viper personally.
Arnolt was notably never a controversial figure in WWE, which is why the news seemingly comes out of nowhere. Charly Arnolt first joined the promotion back in 2016 and by 2021, she hosted pre-show panels and interviewed talent. Now, she’s joined Clay Travis’ Outkick. In an interview with Indy Star, Arnolt revealed that she joined Outkick because she now gets to “speak freely.”
At this stage, this isn’t a concrete confirmation that Charly Arnolt was ousted by the WWE locker room or not. However, Sean Sapp Ross has built a reputation for being a reliable source over the years, lending legitimacy to his passing remark. However, unless the promotion or some of its talent confirms this, it can only be considered to be a rumor.
