Patrick Surtain, Broncos agree to record-setting four-year extension
Denver Broncos cornerback Patrick Surtain II has agreed to a four-year, $96 million extension that makes him the highest-paid defensive back in NFL History, NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport was among the first to report Wednesday.
The deal will include $77.5 million guaranteed, according to Rapoport.
The team announced the signing shortly thereafter.
