UFC 4 is the newest installment of the EA Sports UFC franchise. The game was released in 2020, but it is still heavily supported by EA Sports and the UFC with continual roster updates and gameplay fixes. The newest roster update gives gamers four additional fighters that are all becoming European stars in a group headlined by Paddy Pimblett.
UFC Lightweight fighter Paddy “The Baddy” Pimblett is 2-0 in the UFC with two finishes. Pimblett is an extremely popular young fighter from Liverpool, England who has a hype train that is similar to Khamzat Chimaev, and dare I say, even the “Notorious” Connor McGregor. Pimblett has a long way to go skill and talent-wise, but the atmosphere of a UFC event with him on it, as well as the way his nation stands behind him, gives hints of a young McGregor.
The remaining fighters being added are Molly McCann, Paul Craig, and Tom Aspinall. “Meatball” Molly is a flyweight with a solid 5-3 UFC record and Paul Craig, also known as the Bear Jew, is a light heavyweight on a four-fight win streak with some of the best jiu-jitsu in the business. Finally, the last fighter is the impressive Tom Aspinall who appears to be a real problem in the Heavyweight division and a possible future UFC champion.
These four European fighters will be added to an already packed UFC 4 roster. It will be interesting to see their fighting styles, fighting stats, and move list in the game. UFC fans and UFC 4 gamers will be excited to get some new content and have some fun with these four blossoming European fighters.
The first fighter that needs to be in the game is the incredible Brazilian Alex Pereira. This would make sense because of his show-stopping power and impressive knockouts, not to mention he will probably be next to fight Israel Adesanya for the Middleweight belt.
Another important fighter to have in the game is the dominating Shavkat Rakhmonov. He is a surging Welterweight, who flies the Kazakhstan flag around his body before every fight, running through the division and approaching a top-five fight soon.
Finally, Bantamweight Umar Nurmagomedov would be another highly talented prospect to put in the game. This fellow Russian is Khabib Nurmagomedov’s cousin which is not surprising when watching his suffocating grappling style.
I think these would be three fun prospects with differing fighting styles to have in UFC 4. It might be possible to play with these guys soon if they all continue to quickly progress through their respective weight classes.
