The Chicago Bears are absolute cheapskates, they don’t even help out their own. Olin Kreutz played 13 seasons for the Chicago Bears at center, and he made six Pro Bowls. He has a fairly clear message to ownership on how to improve, start opening up your checkbook.

The Bears aren’t willing to spend the money required to bring in good and competent people to run the organization and have them win their first Super Bowl since the 80s. Kreutz brought up his own story of being offered $15 an hour, the MINIMUM WAGE in Chicago, to work with the team’s offensive linemen.

The last time they offered me a job they offered me $15 an hour. That’s the way they do business. Those are things that have to change. No wonder you guys stink, it’s a slap in the face to Olin Kreutz that that was your offer to get him to help coach the offensive line. Do better.
