The Houston Texans got fleeced for Jadeveon Clowney. That was obvious the second it happened. Bill O’Brien is drunk. The Texans acquired Clowney for a 3rd round pick, Jacob Martin, Barkevious Mingo, AND… agreed to pay half of Clowney’s salary. Talk about highway robbery. Seattle could let Clowney walk in the offseason and collect the third round comp pick. Think about this. Seattle hit Frank Clark with the franchise tag. The Seahawks started the offseason with 4 draft picks and Frank Clark. They turned Clark into Jadeveon Clowney, a first round pick, and a 2nd round pick. John Schneider should win executive of the year right now.
