Los Angeles Chargers And Chicago Bears Agree On Khalil Mack Trade

The Los Angeles Chargers and Chicago Bears have agreed on a trade that will send Bears pass rusher Khalil Mack to the Chargers in exchange for a second-round pick in 2022 and a sixth-round pick in 2023, per Ian Rapoport.

The arms race in the AFC West is on. The #Chargers are loading up to go get QBs, and of course they have one of their own.
So, Khalil Mack to the #Chargers for a 2nd rounder this year and a 6th rounder next year.

The Los Angeles Chargers are making moves to try and get ahead in the AFC West. Their defense was not good last season, despite having a defensive head coach, and they are using their offseason to address that. And edge defender of Joey Bosa was something they needed, and they get a great upgrade in Khalil Mack. They addressed their soft interior defensive line through signing Sebastian Joseph-Day. The entire AFC, but more specifically the AFC West has turned into an arms race and the Chargers do not want to be left behind.

In a division with Patrick Mahomes, Russell Wilson and Derek Carr, you need someone to get the quarterback and make his life miserable. This division is turning into whichever team can get one stop wins because of these high powered offenses.
