Credit to me to giving LeBron some credit. Find a pro LeBron article on the site. I don’t think one exists as of now. Color this as my attempt to reverse this horrible streaks. Kemba Walker has never beaten LeBron James. Seriously, that’s not a joke. Kemba Walker has NEVER beaten LeBron James. As the Lakers travel to Boston to take on the Celtics, Kemba will try to finally get one on LeBron.
LeBron is undefeated against Kemba. Now, all of those matchups came while Walker was playing for the Hornets. Kemba hasn’t played LeBron with Boston yet. Still, the record is UGLY. LeBron James is 29-0 against Kemba. That includes a 24-0 mark in the regular season, 4-0 in the playoffs, and 1-0 in the All-Star Game.
That’s insane. Yes, the Hornets have been horrendous for most of Walker’s tenure. He was a one man show. Still for a player that has made 3 All-Star appearances and an All-NBA team, that’s insane that he’s never beaten LeBron. Factor in that LeBron hasn’t cared a ton about the regular season for certain stretches in his career.
Now Kemba is in Boston and he has a chance to turn that streak around.
“I don’t know the exact numbers,” Walker said recently, when asked about his record against James, “but I know I’ve never beat him.”
Hey, call Kemba due. I’m writing this so that I can turn the tide. Kemba has made the Celtics much more competitive this year. There’s no better rivalry than the Lakers and Celtics. Add this to another wrinkle to the best rivalry in the sport. The two will square off for the first time tonight as a part of the Celtics – Lakers rivalry.
