James Harden Officially Traded To Los Angeles Clippers

The saga is finally over. After what feels like months, the disgruntled superstar James Harden gets his trade wish, officially being shipped from the Philadelphia 76ers to the Los Angeles Clippers. Adrian Wojnarowski broke the news. Harden gets his wish to end up with the Clippers after lobbying for this to happen since July.

We finally have the full trade details for the James Harden trade. It goes as follows:

Philadelphia receives:

Los Angeles receives:

**The years on the draft picks are unknown at this time, but once the years are announced we will be sure to update the article. Thanks for your patience.**

Update: Per Woj, the pick compensation is a 2028 unprotected first-round pick, two second-round picks, a 2029 pick swap and an additional first-round pick from the Oklahoma City Thunder.

The writing was on the wall dating back to August when James Harden said that the relationship between himself and the 76ers was beyond repair. He even went as far as making comments saying he would never be part of an organization led by Daryl Morey ever again, and it appears he was right about that much.

We now have a fresh start for everyone involved, and a lot of fascinating storylines to follow, and the NBA season has just begun.

The Western Conference just added another scoring threat with this James Harden trade. The Los Angeles Clippers have now moved to +1300 as NBA Champion, up from +2500 where they were before.

The Clippers still have to contend with teams like Dallas, Phoenix, the Lakers and the defending champion Denver Nuggets. We have seen Big 3’s flop hard in recent memory, so with two now in the Western Conference, it will surely make great theatre to watch from now until the playoffs begin.
