We have finally heard from the ultimate quitter. We thought James Harden was going to land with the Rockets. That was before Ime Udoka told the ultimate quitter to go kick rocks. So where is Harden going to land? Well, it sounds like he has one destination in mind and it isn’t Philadelphia.
“Harden’s stance has not changed,” The Athletic’s Sam Amick reported Thursday. “He still wants to leave Philadelphia. He’s still upset with how (president of basketball operations Daryl) Morey handled his situation heading into possible free agency last month.”
“Determined to start next season in a Clippers jersey”.
^ You know the deal with these links from The Athletic. Don’t click. It’s behind a paywall.
I’m sorry but this is so pathetic. Upset at Daryl Morey? For what? All Morey has done is have that Harden’s back. That dates all the way back to Houston. The fact that Harden is putting stuff like this out there about Morey tells you everything you need to know about that guy. Total cancer. Maybe every team should do what Ime did. Go kick rocks, Harden.
How funny is it going to be to see the Clippers trot out Harden, Kawhi Leonard, and Paul George as the big three. The most unreliable big three of all-time? It’s going to be like watching the Titanic on a basketball court. We’re all watching for that crash and it’s going to be glorious to watch it crash. The crazy part is the Clippers may be the one team desperate enough to add Harden because of how all in they are on this failing project.
