Inaugural Woman Crush Wednesday – 2.25.20

Starting today, Vendetta will be honoring one special lady as our official Woman Crush Wednesday every week. This week, the honor of being Vendetta Sports Media’s Inaugural Woman Crush Wednesday goes to the realest woman I know, Ehrica Bauman.

Now I’m sure some of you are asking yourselves, “who the fuck is that?” Fair question. Ehrica Bauman is my wonderful mother.

Of course, some of you may be saying, “that’s not fair, he can’t give it to his mom. It’s a conflict of interests.” Rest assured, I was not only impartial but fair throughout the selection process. My mom is genuinely better than yours.

In addition to being the most beautiful lady on the planet, she is a saint, and the greatest cook in the world. If my mom threw down with Gordon Ramsey her cooking would make him cry tears of joy.

Every year without fail my mom gets me a Christmas present, birthday present, Easter basket, and she always takes me on vacation (she’s the reason I got to go to London and watch the Eagles).

You do not want to test her gangster. Seriously people, my mom is a real OG.

This one time she was getting gas and the guy charged her an extra five dollars on her debit card (we live in New Jersey so the attendants pump your gas). When he wouldn’t refund her, she got out of the car took a can of oil, said, “this is about five dollars,” and drove away. Gangster.

If it wasn’t for her, a strong argument could be made that Vendetta never exists. Yea, think about that. She doesn’t give the world me and there is no The Lead Word podcast, no podcast and Trey doesn’t start the website (maybe).

Yeah sure, I should have waited to announce my mom as Woman Crush Wednesday on Mother’s Day. That being said, I’ve already typed this whole blog and as lazy as I am I’m not starting over.

So, if you think she is not deserving of the honor, IT DOESN’T MATTER WHAT YOU THINK, JABRONI! My mom is the greatest. Real recognize real, and my mom always look familiar.
