Fruitcake Sean Payton Walks Back His Comments On Jets, Hackett

His ego is writing checks his roster can’t cash! I tried to tell you months ago that the ego of Sean Payton was getting out of control. Now the guy is running his mouth, unlike anything I’ve seen out of a head coach before.

In case you missed it, Payton ripped Nathaniel Hackett calling him basically the worst coach of all-time. That was followed up by proclaiming that the Jets will suck because they hired him.

Today fruitcake Sean Payton walked those comments back like a sissy.

“I had one of my moments where I had my Fox hat on, and not my coaching hat,” Payton, who worked as a Fox Sports analyst in 2022, said, via Ari Meirov of The 33rd Team. “It was a mistake by me. I said what I said, but I needed to have some restraint.”

WTF was that? Nah, dude. You don’t get to take those back. They’re out there on the internet and you have to stand by them. The only thing this did was make Payton look like a baby back b…..

Just not how it works. You made the comments, you stand by them. It’s also the worst excuse of all-time. You forget you weren’t on TV anymore? Am I supposed to be concerned you’re developing early stages of Alzheimer’s?

Payton made sure to apologize to Robert Saleh. Still very obvious that he feels the same way about Hackett and didn’t retract that part.

“I think the world of Robert. I know him. I don’t know Nathaniel. But at the right time. It certainly will bring more interest in the game when we play them, but that seems like years from now. But I’ll handle it the right way,” Payton said, per ProFootballTalk’s Michael David Smith.

What a clown show. Payton made a mistake and we all know it. When this thing turns into a mess, let’s make sure to remind Payton that he signed up to be miserable again.
