Drew Lock is Getting Clowned by Tennis Accounts on Twitter

Look, Drew Lock hasn’t been a great NFL quarterback by any means and has received more than his fair share of criticism. What happened today was too far, though. The poor guy can only take so much but unfortunately, he really can’t catch a break.

Earlier today, SportsCenter dropped a clip of a tennis highlight on their Twitter and your average keyboard warrior replied to them saying tennis isn’t an actual sport. The troll happened to be a Seattle Seahawks fan and you can see how badly they get dropped off by the US Open Twitter account underneath. Here’s a link to the whole thread if you want to check that out too.

Now this is great. I’m all for the US Open Tennis account to slam dunk on a person who has nothing better to do with their life than make meaningless comments. But did Drew Lock really have to catch a stray like that? The man just got traded because his team doesn’t want him one bit and now, he’s getting flamed amidst beefs on Twitter concerning tennis accounts. His self-esteem’s got to be low and I’m not sure this helped much today.

Look, I’m not even a Drew Lock fan. I do think he’s talented though and doesn’t deserve this level of slander. At the very least, dude has a rocket arm on him for sure and could be coached into being decent. I guess the US Open Twitter admin doesn’t agree though. They had no mercy using Lock as the victim at the heart of their impressive backhand on the Seahawks fan.

As for the Seahawks fan, they 100 percent deserved that. To make it worse, they started arguing that their starter will be Geno Smith and Smith’s an acceptable game manager. At that point just pack up your bags and leave. You and Drew Lock just got owned by the US Open. No need to embarrass yourself more than you already have been.
