Did Deshaun Watson Hint At Requesting A Trade?

Deshaun Watson
Did Deshaun Watson hint at requesting a trade? Too many bread crumbs are being left behind to totally ignore the possibility.

A few days ago, I wrote a piece about how Deshaun Watson needs to request a trade. Bill O’Brien is tanking the entire franchise. Why let him tank your career at the same time? There is no reason why the public views Patrick Mahomes as significantly better than Deshaun Watson. Control your own destiny, Deshaun, and find a team that isn’t littered with dysfunction.

The problem is, I don’t think that’s the kind of guy Watson is. That’s a good thing but also a bad thing. Watson doesn’t strike me as the kind of guy to cause drama. He just wants to lead and go play ball. We may have had a breakthrough. Did Deshaun Watson actually hint at requesting a trade?

If you really want to have some fun, click the tweet and read the comments. 99 percent of them are people telling Watson to request a trade. Now, apparently these are lyrics to a Drake song. I would have never known that on my own BUT… this is a big step. The fact that Watson put this out there says something.

“Iconic duos rip and split at the seams”. That’s a direct shot at Bill O’Brien. What kind of moron trades DeAndre Hopkins for a washed up running back and pick swap? What kind of moron compiles on that mistake and gives Randall Cobb a fully guaranteed contract worth $27 million over 3 years? Did O’Brien actually watch David Johnson last year?!?!

You have a choice here, Deshaun. Request a trade or wake up every day being miserable while Bill O’Brien runs this team into the ground. They already don’t have an offensive line that can protect you. Now Hopkins is gone. It’s always hurt Will Fuller and Kenny Stills. It’s time. Request a trade.

Oh, and his agent put this Tweet out right after the Hopkins trade. Believe me, this is something he is trying to figure out with his team. AND… you may want to read this. Something is happening.
