The Celtics Should Cut Jordan Walsh For His Egrgious Take On The Godfather

The Celtics are crying poor on this luxury tax bs and it’s nonsense. Lonnie Walker got cut because Boston wanted to keep their 15th-man spot open to save money. After you read this story, can we vote to protest that Walker gets to stay and Jordan Walsh gets fired into the sun?

Just so the record shows, I’ve never been a fan of this Jordan Walsh thing. Why the Celtics passed on so many talented players just to take a flier on Walsh always seemed ridiculous to me.

That was before he said the dumbest thing all-time about one of the best movies to ever exist. The former Arkansas product claims he couldn’t finish The Godfather because the movie is in black and white.

The movie is very much not a black and white movie…

Brad Stevens says he values self-awareness when scouting. Hard to tell me that Walsh has self-awareness when he’s factually incorrect. This dude is a total knucklehead. It’s flat out disrespectful and he clearly has no clue. It makes you wonder if he drank six bottles of wine before he tried to watch it and hit the wrong button on his streaming platform.

Let me end things with this. If you’re a person who hasn’t seen The Godfather and are skeptical to do so. This is my advice to you.

Read the book.

Watch and or play the video game (you can find our YouTube series on it here)

Then watch the movie.

In that order. Thank me later.
