Carter Hart is under the spotlight for a number of reasons. Not only is he one of the most rumored trade targets at the moment, but teams interested in his services are cautiously waiting on the results of the 2018 Team Canada investigation to be released.

Many are anticipating what kind of connection Hart had to the World Juniors scandal surrounding five players sexually assaulting a woman in a hotel room. While Hockey Canada already settled in a civil suit with the plaintiff, London, Ontario Police are also conducting their own investigation.
