Cam Horsley 2025 NFL Draft Profile

Negative Nancy is coming out in this post. There’s only so many times you can beat a dead horse so we’re going to run through this one pretty quickly. With that said, let’s get to the 2025 NFL Draft profile on Cam Horsley!

NFL Draft Stock Report: East-West (1), (2), (3), (4)

Horsley, a 5th year senior, was a three star prospect out of the state of New Jersey. The Cinnaminson high school product was the 97th ranked DT and 33rd ranked player in the state. He spent every season at Boston College.

I did watch BC a handful of times this year. Peep the Donovan Ezeiruaku profile for proof on that. I never really noticed Horsley during the year and that was probably for the best. He was completely terrible at the East-West game. If you read those notes at the top, it will tell you everything you need to know.

All of that carried over at the Combine. Just a whole lot of stinky on all levels. It was to the point where the coaches were making him redo drills for being terrible. Not to mention all the movement skills were putrid.

Here’s the positive, Horsley is a four year starter, but he never got better. Over the last three years, he just has 1.5 sacks. It gets better. He had just three QB hits during the stretch too. I think you get the point. Frankly, I have no idea why people are ranking him as even a middle round option.

I have an undrafted grade on Cam Horsley, which I’m sure you figured that out about three sentences in on this one. Horsley is a hard pass for me, and just several other guys in this class at this position I prefer.
