Call of Duty developer working on an open world RPG

Call of Duty is one of the most iconic video game franchises of all time. The first-person shooter was released in 2003 and it was based on World War ll. As well as that, Call of Duty’s publisher is Activision and the main developers are Treyarch and Infinity Ward.

The latter has developed Call of Duty, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, and Call of Duty Warzone. The developers now want to tackle a new challenge. Moreover, Infinity Ward is supposedly working on an open world RPG.

This is according to a job posting that is looking for certain people that can create a great RPG experience. The possible project has not been announced as it is in the infancy of its creation. Also, it seems Infinity Ward’s Kraków, which is their studio based in Poland, will be the section of the developer that would take on the task of the RPG.

There is no clear evidence that Infinity Ward will be working on an RPG game. However, gamers across the world would be excited to try out a Call of Duty open world RPG (if you want to make money by testing games, let’s find a job at Jooble).

Unlike the possible Call of Duty open world RPG game, Gotham knights is fully developed. Gotham Knights is an open world RPG that takes place in Gotham City. It is Gotham after Batman has died. Furthermore, now the streets are full of crime and chaos. Gamers play as the Batman family to fight crime and save the citizens of Gotham.

The Batman family consists of Red Hood, Robin, Batgirl, and Nightwing. Furthermore, these four heroes have distinct personalities and unique skills that help them defeat evil. In addition to this, the world will be very interactive and there are five different boroughs of Gotham City to explore. 

Gotham Knights is developed by WB Games Montréal and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. The game will be available for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. Finally, the release date is October 25. 2022.
