Anthony Davis Plays Like A Pussy Sometimes

Let me just state that I think Anthony Davis is one of the most talented NBA players in this league. But, do you ever see an extremely talented player but hate how they play? That’s how I feel about Anthony Davis. If you’ve read my posts before, you would know that I hate how James Harden plays. I think James Harden is a helluva player, but God, I can’t stand how he plays. I hate how they play for different reasons though. James Harden is a great scorer and fishes for fouls constantly. I hate it, but he has definitely mastered that aspect. My problem with Anthony Davis is he just plays like a pussy.

This kind of alludes to Anthony Davis being a pussy for not playing center too. Despite the fact that he actually plays better as the 5 than he does as a 4. He’s too damn big and talented to be as soft as he is. Man is 6’10 and 250 lbs and acts as a guard in the paint. Boy, if you don’t get your ass in there and dominate the paint. Makes me sick. I get it, he’s a talented player, so he wants his game to be more finesse rather than dominance. That doesn’t mean he can big body people most of the time and still have that finesse. This isn’t a new thing either, he was playing like this with the Pelicans as well.

It just doesn’t make sense to me how a guy that big and talented can’t just be more dominant. He is awesome as a defensive player as he is offensive, yet at times, I’m wondering who took Anthony Davis’ manliness away. At other times, I’m amazed at how well AD plays as well as having that dominance I want from him. I just want him to be consistent with it. Basically, what it comes down to, I just want Anthony Davis to stop being a pussy and be a man 100% of the time on the court. That’s all.
