Anthony Davis Hinting At Signing With The Bulls?

Anthony Davis has been giving some speculation that he might sign with the Chicago Bulls after this NBA season. Here is the video of Anthony Davis hinting at going to Chicago.

While of course, this is speculation at most, this is still a very interesting look for Anthony Davis. There is no doubt that Anthony Davis has a serious love for Chicago. One must have to wonder if he is putting the Los Angeles Lakers and Lebron James on notice if the Lakers fail to meet his expectations this year. While I cannot speak personally for Davis, the expectation I would have to assume is that the Lakes need to win a championship for him to stay. As he said in the first video “I am a Free Agent next year.” There is a chance that the Brow could stay with the Lakers do get close to a championship but lose in the finals or the conference finals. However, it’s no secret that Lebron James is on the decline. The Lakers’ best chance of winning a championship would be this year while both players are still top 10.

Davis is unequivocally a top 10 player in the NBA. He has averaged 28 PPG in 2 of the last 3 seasons and is already averaging 28 PPG this year. He has averaged over 10 RPG every year except his rookie year in his 8-year career. There is no doubt that Anthony Davis will go down as an all-time great player. He’s just missing the hardware that goes along with his polarizing stats.

Anthony Davis Won’t Commit To Staying With The Lakers Past This Year

I personally believe in the sports world, that nothing is coincidental. If we think back to the viral video of Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant talking back in the hallway after one of their games against the other, the conversation was intense between the two. While speculation indicated that they were talking about teaming up in Free Agency last year, that’s exactly what they did. The Brow hasn’t committed to staying with the Lakers past this year yet. Nothing in the sports world is coincidental, Anthony Davis is putting the Lakers and Lebron James on notice that if they don’t live up to his expectations, he’s gone.
