The Ravens Should Be Ashamed Of Themselves For Letting Terrell Suggs Walk

Crab cakes and football. That’s what Maryland did. Get it; because they suck at the football part. The Ravens in recent years have gone from one of the best run organization in the NFL to a bottom tier franchise. They suck and have zero clue what they’re doing. I was hoping that new general manager, Eric DeCosta had a brain. That appears to be the furthest thing from the truth. After spending 16 years in a Ravens uniform, Baltimore let Terrell Suggs walk in free agency. I’m sick to my stomach.

Suggs should have retired on his own terms. Baltimore should have made him a Raven for life. The Ravens had the number 1 defense in football in 2018 and T-Sizzle was the Ravens best pass rusher. Suggs, 36, can still ball out and notched 7 sacks in 2018. Suggs is also the only player on the Ravens that can rush the passer outside of Za’Darius Smith and he’s a free agent too.

Suggs is the All-Time franchise leader in sacks with 13.5. He has forced 33 fumbles during that time. Suggs is also a Super Bowl champion. He should have been allowed to go out on his own terms. Especially because he’s still a really good player. He also brings an intimidation factor that never gets enough credit. The guy is terrifying. Unfortunately, the Ravens suck. This team doesn’t have a clue what they’re doing. Not one.

The Baltimore Ravens are on the verge of becoming one of the most embarrassing franchises in the NFL. They poured all of their resources in a quarterback who can’t throw. They spend valuable cap space on a third tight end who has never caught a touchdown pass. Think about that. The Ravens gave Nick Boyle $18 million to be the third tight end on the roster when that money could have been used to keep Suggs. A guy who actually contributes. Boyle has NEVER caught a touchdown pass and is third on the depth chart. That’s how f*cking stupid this team is. I’m done with them. Am I allowed to switch favorite teams? Terrell Suggs deserved better.
