Devon Witherspoon Chickens Out On Pro Day
Nobody is riding the draft politics harder than Devon Witherspoon. Like every year, gossip, rumors, and nonsense push people up and down boards. In this case, the 2023 NFL Draft is awful so third rounders are being projected into the top 10.
The smart people who actually watch the games know exactly what’s going on with Witherspoon. He doesn’t want to be exposed for not living up to false promise. Who can blame him? When Kelee Ringo runs a 4.36 and he’s ranked lower… why bother? We all know Witherspoon doesn’t have that type of juice in the tank.
By the way, I watched every second of the Combine. Witherspoon said he was saving everything for the Pro Day. Well, the Illinois Pro Day was today and Witherspoon was a no show. I wonder why? Probably because he’s the 8th best corner in the draft and doesn’t want you to figure it out because nobody cared enough about Illinois football for him to be exposed.
When you watch the draft this year, please do not be fooled by the draft politics. Please Witherspoon fans. Inform me of the number of Illinois games you watched this year? I already know the answer to that question. Georgia has better players and there is just not a shot Joey Porter Jr. is worse than that guy. After what I saw from Christian Gonzalez at the Combine, there is no shot he’s worse either. Riddle me this, before you read this post did you even know Witherspoon chickened out on the Pro Day?
