Please Take My Bet, Daniel Jeremiah: Part Two

Hey, Daniel Jeremiah. Will you take my bet? Part two. Jeremiah’s 2023 NFL Mock Draft stinks. We’re chatting about Devon Witherspoon. (Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports)

Please Take My Bet, Daniel Jeremiah: Part Two

Daniel Jeremiah is a hack and produced maybe the worst NFL mock draft of all-time today. It’s easily the worst mock draft since that dope Mike Renner projected Emory Jones with the 6th pick in the draft a couple of years ago. As you can see, I just don’t pick fights for no reason. There’s always a reason.

Did you see the SB Nation layoffs today? Until people start recognizing that this industry is broken, nothing is ever going to change. When the main NFL Draft guy at NFL.com stinks it’s a trickle-down effect for everyone else. Until people start exposing the hacks and start getting the real talented people the proper recognition, nothing is ever going to change.

How is the head guy at NFL Network dumb enough to mock Devon Witherspoon as the 6th pick in the draft? Was Witherspoon even the best defensive back on his own college team (Illinois)? Does this dope honestly believe Witherspoon is better than Joey Porter Jr. and Kelee Ringo? I have Witherspoon as maybe a third rounder.

The Senior Bowl will be huge for him. No question about it. He’s someone I want to watch but that was always the case. However, we’re also talking about an Illinois corner who was a zero star recruit that nobody has said a word about until now. In what imaginary world is he somehow now a top ten lock? Politics…

These guys don’t watch tape. They’re leaky buttholes creamed with lies from teams in hopes of creating chaos. They eat the cheese every time. Because Witherspoon is long and Will Levis has a big arm they can get away with the lies. Remember what I said about Jalen Carter? Politics. Remember when they spread the house of lies about Justin Fields? Politics. If you follow recruiting, you knew Fields was always the second-best quarterback in that draft. The media lies to you. Trey doesn’t. They tried to tell you Mitch Trubisky was a top pick. Politics. That’s why this site exists. When you people figure out I’m actually the misunderstood good guy, this war against the sports media industry will really begin.

Notice how all of them have the same opinion? It’s not that they just have the same opinion. They all have the same opinion all at the same time. Scroll to the bottom of this post. It’s a circle jerk of the same cookie cutter nonsense. Some guy within the league planted a seed and they took off and ran with it. This is how this goes. The mainstream sports media is uneducated and I hope you’re realizing it now.

There isn’t a world where Witherspoon is better than Joey Porter or Kelee Ringo. Not a chance. Unless Witherspoon walks on water at the Senior Bowl, it’s not a discussion. I haven’t fully made up my stance on Witherspoon but I can promise you he’s not 6th pick in the draft material.

Will you take my bet this time Daniel Jeremiah? You already lost one leg of the bet and I’m fully confident when it’s time to properly name a winner in the Stingley vs. McDuffie debate, I’ll be on top. Just need the Texans to start being a real franchise…

You stand on a house of lies and it’s disgusting. Why don’t you guys just admit you got horny off an Illinois corner and got carried away before this ends badly for you. I’m willing to do the same thing again. Over on the 6th pick in the draft. Worse than both Ringo and Porter. Let’s have a chat and name some stakes. Put your money your mouth is. You’re way worse at this than me and it’s time the world finds out.
