Ryan Reaves & Paul Bissonnette Agree To Future Rough N Rowdy Fight

It’s actually happening. Ryan Reaves made a special appearance on the latest episode of Spittin Chiclets after Paul Bissonnette had called him out to fight in Rough N Rowdy. Reeves and Biz Nasty fought three times in the NHL and now they’re about to settle the score for good. Reeves has accepted the challenge and will fight Biz once he finally retires from the NHL.

“We have an offer for you. Rough N Rowdy when you’re retired,” Bissonnette said.

“Send the paperwork right now. I’ll do it for free,” Reaves responded.

Reeves is a man of his word. That guy fights with honor. I have a hard time believing he will back out of the fight when the time comes. Given the fact that Biz works for Barstool, I fail to see how he has an out either. This fight is going to happen and the PPV buys on it are going to be bananas.

There is a bit of a side plot while Reaves continues to play. Biz has been calling the Rangers the Fugazis for a good chunk of time now. Come playoff time if the Rangers get the TNT broadcasts, we could get some real fireworks during those games. You won’t want to miss those intermissions.

I can’t say for certain but when these two throw it down, this will likely be the biggest event in Rough N Rowdy history. All of the pre-fight video content leading up to the event will be electric too. With Reaves being 35 and being a healthy scratch in last year’s postseason run, maybe we get this fight as soon as next year?
