I think this game has a lot of potential. Fans of football games have been frustrated with Madden for the past few years, so maybe this will turn it around. The creativity aspect in Maximum Football 23 sounds awesome for football fans, with Madden being so Ultimate team focused. People have been asking for years to bring some of the old create-a-team features back — EA did not comply. They’ve been out since Madden 12, and the generic relocation teams are the same every year. However, other games like NBA 2K and MLB The Show have allowed the creating of uniforms and brands, and people seem to enjoy it. Hopefully they give Maximum Football 23 the same reaction with their feature. I think this is a good move and EA should take notice. Teambuilder was an amazing aspect of NCAA, and I think this engine can be something refreshing.
