Is The Next Khris Middleton In The 2022 NBA Draft?

Can the next Khris Middleton be found in the 2022 NBA Draft? Yes! Aren’t we all Khris Middleton in some way?

Is The Next Khris Middleton In The 2022 NBA Draft?

What a video. Credit to Karl Heiser. What a genius. I don’t know why I never thought to do a video like this when these ridiculous Deebo Samuel comps come out every year but that post is a green light come this time next year. Who’s the next Khris Middleton! Everybody actually!

I’m just glad we have guys like Karl on our side. It’s the same nonsense all over the internet. These guys watching the draft don’t know. They sit there are make up these comps to make themselves look smart. I can’t express how much I love this Khris Middleton video. On brand and on point.

Since I need to make this post 300 words for backend purposes, I’ll share some of my thoughts on the 2022 NBA Draft this year. Keep in mind, the only college basketball games I watched this year were from the NCAA Tournament. Just also keep in mind my eyeballs are pretty good at scouting talent. Take that for what you will.

I agree with Karl on Jabari Smith. Not a chance I take him with the first pick in the draft. So much so that I actually even think the Arizona guy Mathurin is better.

The fear of missing out on the ceiling Chet Holmgren is too good to pass on. You have to pick him if you’re going first even if you’re unsure if it’s going to work. If you pass and you’re wrong, you’re forever known as the idiot who passed on a generational talent.

After Chet, I would take Paolo Banchero, Jaden Ivey, and Mathurin next in that order.

Ok, that’s enough. We have our company mock draft coming up and I can’t give away too many of my non-important secrets. That’s 300 words. Hell of a video, Karl.
