Sean Lee Excited For Cowboys Playoff Debut

Sean Lee could prove to be a difference maker in the game against the Packers (Matthew Emmons-USA TODAY Sports)

In 2014 the Cowboys lost to the Packers in the postseason via the Dez Bryant catch controversy. All-Pro linebacker Sean Lee did not play in that game due to a torn ACL. Lee has battled injuries for most of his career but this season Lee is healthy and excited to make his playoff debut.

“This is something I’ve always wanted to be a part of,” Lee said, via the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. “You work back from injuries. During a lot of injuries I’ve had, I said, ‘Hey, I have this great opportunity ahead of me to play on this great team with these great teammates.’ So that was really what motivated me in times I was injured.”

Lee, 30, recorded 145 tackles this season to lead the team. The former 2nd round pick in 2010 is the quarterback of that defense and a huge reason why Dallas won 13 games this year. The Cowboys are a different defense with Lee on the field. The Penn State alum will have to play his best in an attempt to slow down red-hot Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers.  In case you missed it the Cowboys are attempting to lure more fans their way by putting bandwagon applications out too.
