Isaac TeSlaa 2025 NFL Draft Profile

We’re almost done with the 2025 NFL Draft content ship, but we have a few more players I want to cover before we put a bow on things. Arkansas wide receiver Isaac TeSlaa is certainly worth discussing and may have been drafted higher than people expected. With that said, let’s jump right into the profile and talk about everything you need to know.

NFL Draft Stock Report: Senior Bowl (1)

TeSlaa, 23, was a zero star prospect coming out of high school. The Hudsonville, Michigan, native got his start playing at D2 Hillsdale for three years before finishing up with two years with the Razorbacks. This past year, TeSlaa posted 28 receptions for 546 yards and three touchdowns. In fairness to him, the Hogs’ offense wasn’t exactly prolific in the passing game department.

The pre-draft process was a bit of a rollercoaster, but at the end of the day, it probably gave him more positive publicity. He had a really tough start to the Senior Bowl, but he definitely looked more comfortable as the week went on. Then the Combine hits, and he actually had a really nice showing. Dude ran fast, jumped high, and was very smooth in the drills. The Combine performance probably should have made more people believers.

At the end of the day, you’re looking at a slot receiver who has plus size. Checking in at 6-foot-4, 214, TeSlaa has a chance to be a big play guy who can win with speed and route running. If he pans out, it will be because teams had hard times finding the right matchup to cover him. Very unique style player. He’s like one of those big slot tight ends, except he’s a real receiver with enough juice to go to the spot and win.

Here’s the other thing I like. He is more than a willing blocker and can catch the ball. Reliable hands and plus wiggle.

Honestly, I didn’t expect to sound as positive as I did working my way through this one. It’s overachiever vibes, but while also somehow having the skillset to develop into far more. TeSlaa is very much a wildcard in this down wide receiver class. I don’t blame teams for taking the shot in the middle rounds, but it’s hard to be overly confident given that he played in D2 and didn’t have much actual production when moving up to the SEC.
