2024 Fantasy Football Breakout Candidates: Week 11

We are back for another week! As we enter Week 11 of the 2024 NFL Season, who are a few fantasy football candidates that can potentially breakout! Let’s dive into a few for Sunday’s slate!

Nick Chubb, RB, Browns

It’s been a slow start for Chubb off injury, and rightfully so. He’s logged just 42 carries for 113 yards and one touchdown in three weeks, but I think he has his most favorable matchup to date with the New Orleans Saints. New Orleans is surrendering the sixth-most rushing yards with the most yards per carry to opposing running backs this season. The Browns are the healthiest they’ve been all season sans Deshaun Watson‘s season-ending injury. Coming off a bye, I think Chubb could crack top-20 RB territory in Week 11.

Dawson Knox, TE, Bills

Dalton Kincaid will miss Sunday’s game after not practicing this week with a knee injury, another weapon that Josh Allen won’t have at his disposal, along with rookie Coleman and possibly Amari Cooper. That will open up target share for Dawson Knox, a serviceable pass-catching tight end who’s received a lower target share since Kincaid’s entered the league. For that reason, he’s placed outside the top-20 in all but two weeks this season, including outside the top-30 in standard format in six of his 10 games. In a game where Allen will need him, I think he breaks out.

Aaron Rodgers, QB, Jets

I’m holding my nose on this one. The Jets are an awful team and 40-year-old Rodgers behind center hasn’t necessarily helped matters. That said, he has a golden matchup against the Indianapolis Colts, a defense that’s been very friendly for fantasy quarterbacks this season. Rodgers is coming off one of his worst performances of the season and wants to enter the bye on a high note, so I expect him to have a breakout performance in Week 11.

Xavier Worthy, WR, Chiefs

I have a sixth sense that Worthy is a big game player, when it’s based off nothing. He’s not startable, but he’s tallied less than 2.5 points in standard leagues in three of the last four weeks.
