Jeff Marek Signs With Nation Network / Daily Faceoff

Jeff Marek was forced out of Sportsnet and has finally emerged from the darkness. The former host of 32 Thoughts has a new home with the Nation Network and Daily Faceoff. Marek announced the news via social media where it has since been revealed that he will host a podcast and appear on the Daily Faceoff website producing written content.

Daily Faceoff also released a statement on the major addition.

In the coming weeks, Jeff Marek will launch a new show, along with a web content role at Daily Faceoff. You can expect a range of content, including:

Hosting a brand new show – Marek will be at the helm of a new show called ‘The Sheet’ on Daily Faceoff (Apple PodcastsSpotify), where he’ll dive into the latest news, rumours, and game insights across the NHL, PWHL, and junior hockey.

“I’m thrilled to be joining a deep hockey bench at The Nation Network and Daily Faceoff where everybody eats, sleeps and breathes hockey 24/7. This group has emerged as growing leaders in the industry, providing full-service content for hockey fans. Daily Faceoff has a roster of established, credible veteran voices along with future impact players, and I can’t wait to get started with them.” -Jeff Marek

It’s a huge win for Daily Faceoff. Let’s be real about it. The new host of 32 thoughts… nothing against the guy but he’s not nearly as good. It further legitimizes their brand, which was strong already.
